Max von Danwitz passed his doctoral defense
On October 15, 2021, Max von Danwitz successfully defended his doctoral thesis. The title of the public lecture was „Hybride digitale Zwillinge in den Ingenieurswissenschaften". The thesis was titled „Compressible Flow Simulation with Space-Time Finite Elements". The reviewers were Prof. Marek Behr (RWTH Aachen) and Prof. Stefanie Elgeti (TU Wien and RWTH Aachen), while the committee was chaired by Prof. Robert Schmitt (WZL at RWTH Aachen).
Max von Danwitz is now working as coordinator of the dtec.bw project RISK.twin at the Institute for Mathematics and Computer-Based Simulation (IMCS) at University of the Bundeswehr Munich (UniBw M).
